What's the best way to manage a list of the licences our customers have and when they will expire so that we can quote renewals accordingly? (For example, annual renewal of the anti-virus software).

Answer

Customer hardware and software/other licenses can be tracked using the Assets feature. Each Asset holds data about expiration dates, the vendor, serial numbers, etc. You can also manage RangerMSP Quotes under Assets, for example it may be useful to quote customers for Assets renewal.

Besides, you can print reports that lists expiring Assets, as well as configure the Report Scheduler module to email you about coming Assets expiration once every week (or any other interval you define).
