How do I add multiple employees to an appointment and how does the shared calendar work?
I’m thinking from the perspective of Outlook and RangerMSP...

Each Appointment is scheduled in a specific employee Calendar, however, it can then be copied to additional employees using the dedicated button on the Calendar Window toolbar or the following menu option:
'Dispatcher/Calendar' > 'Copy Appointment to Other Employees'.

As a result, when viewing the Calendar with multiple employees in RangerMSP you may see the same appointment more than once. Each appointment will be synced to the personal Outlook folder of each employee.
