Is there a way of a email being sent to an engineer when a job has been assigned to them in the dispatcher? So if someone is on the road they are given details of the next few days?

Answer

Sure, Alerts Server will trigger email alerts to employees about Tickets and Appointments assigned to them (based on their alert settings).
