We have an issue where resolved checks are not updating the CommitCRM tickets. I have deleted all the failed/skip check rules and have checked the logs. A ticket was created from a failed check last night, was updated with a history note saying it had still failed at 5am this morning, was resolved in GFI at 9am the morning, however the 9am history note has not updated CommitCRM - either against the ticket or in the logs. I have screen shots of all of the above if required.
