Change tabs order

We need to change the tab order in Tickets. Basically we need to have a new custom tab before General.
If possible please help us to achieve this.

Answer

Yes! The Tabs Management feature (starting with RangerMSP 8) includes the option to reorder tabs as well as to hide them.

For Tickets, this can be reached from Tickets menu > Tools > Tabs Management.

In addition hidden tabs can be easily accessed using All Tabs dropdown menu that is displayed at the right side of the tabs row.
