Include the custom ticket report under print list

I use a standard Ticket report and made a custom report. But I want to include the custom report under print list when I am processing a ticket and click Ticket tab and print. Can you tell me how?

Answer

Please select the report in the Ticket Reports list (under the Reports window) and from the Reports menu select the option to show it under the Tickets Windows. Then, re-open the Tickets window and verify that it is listed.
