How do I edit/customize the tech ticket priority box?

Answer

You can rename Ticket priority name from Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) > click the Customize Priority Values button.

For example you could change "Immediate" to "Urgent" or "Not Applicable" to "Ignore"
