Since changing to office 365 I am constantly getting these pops in commit.
ErrorOnSend - SMTP Exception: The server rejected the message: 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

It seems that it is a relay issue because Office 365, that you have just started using, does not allow message relaying. We have replied you by email with instructions to disable the relay options.
