Can i get daily reports emailed to me that tells me the number of open tickets per employee, how long then have been open?

I would also like to know if a ticket has sat idle with no activity in X amount of days.

The new Report Scheduler module lets you schedule reports that will be emailed to you automatically (daily, weekly, etc.).

For example, you can schedule the 'Ticket List by Manager' report with filtering criteria for Open Tickets opened today/yesterday/last week
Or for Open Tickets without Charges.

Sounds nice, but i probably have to upgrade to use it right?

The Report Scheduler is indeed optional and was introduced at the same time RangerMSP 8 was. If you're using an older version of RangerMSP then you'll need to upgrade first and then obtain the license for this module.
