RangerMSP User Question*

When a user emails helpdesk@.... if the email is in RangerMSP it creates a ticket and sends them a confirmation email. In the confirmation email is there anyone to customize that and if so where would we do that?

Answer

Assuming that you refer to the Auto-Response email message they receive. Yes, this is customizable as it is based on the Email Templates feature.

Please run ServerConfig utility and under the Email Connector tab select the Email Template to use for Auto-Responses.
In RangerMSP Windows client you can also customize the template and then select your customized template there.

After changing the default template to use remember to RESTART the RangerMSP Server service on your server.
