How do I add a general note for all my staff to see when they log in? for example: "Today there is a severe winter storm warning, please contact all your clients and let them know we are on standby" or something more urgent like "Shipments for Printers are delayed, in case clients ask"

Answer


Using RangerMSP client you can send an internal message using Messages Window (accessed from the left side pane). Messages can be sent to one/all/selected Employees. A popup 'New Message' Window is displayed to recipients using RangerMSP as well as during log in. So, as soon as they open RangerMSP they will be notified about it.
