Advise for using the Email Connector.

Hi,

I am using the email connector and have created an account named CommitCRM :)

I have put in two email adresses for this account which is:

receipt@p_ __s.com
and
commitcrm.com (without anything in front of @ )


Everytime you replies on this forum a ticket will be created.

Question:
Is is possible to filter out specific e-mails, so a ticket will not be created.

Instead of using the wildcard email address RangerMSP.com use specific email addresses, like support@, so replies that are sent from other senders will be skipped.

So what you want me to do is to create, lets say 5 2nd contacts with email adresses.
That I can follow.

But I was thinking of a way to ignore emails with the subject "Reply to thread", this way I can filter specific emails so a ticket will not be created.
