Hi,

Enter the mobile Webinterface. Click Tickets. Click on a 0500- Ticket nr.
then I am not able to see the Description field at all.

Thank you for reporting this. It is indeed a glitch in Web Interface.

We've already fixed the template and emailed it to you.
