How do I make labor hours substract from a Block of Money Contract?

I have created a Block of Money contract for my customer. I would like the labor hours to be subtracted from their prepaid block. Is it possible?

Whenever a charge is entered under one of the Account’s active block of Money Contracts, this automatically deducts the amount of the Charge from the prepaid block of money.
