Is there a way to change the option to print letter paper?

You can modify RangerMSP's paper size definition from Tools > Options > Reports > Default Paper Size. Make sure the size is defined as Letter. This should affect most of the system reports size.

For some of the reports which have special design (such as Labels reports), the size is defined inside the report properties. If you wish to modify them, you can copy the report to a custom report, open the Reports Designer, and using the File menu > Page Setup you can modify the size for printing.
