What is the history window used for?

The History window (when clicking the History Icon in the left pane) allows you to view all the activity in the system for certain dates. For example, you can view a journal of the events which happened in the system today - all new Tickets, Charges, Documents, changes audit records and more.

In the journal list you can see the event type, the employee who performed the action and more details. You can filter the journal list by employees, by the event type and by dates. You can also define more advanced filter using the Filter button.
