After upgrading to v6.1.0.1 we are unable to run CommitBackup. We get the following error:
"The procedure entry point AdsCreateSavepoint could not be located in the dynamic link library ACE32.DLL."

Found a couple of hits in the forums but nothing so far has helped.

Please copy this DLL file from the \CommtCRM\LastVer folder and into the \RangerMSP\Utils folder.
Give it a try and repeat the above with any dll file you are reported about.

Also, when running the backup utility, right click it and select the 'Run as Administrator' option, this may help the utility in copying all required filed by itself.

Thanks for the suggestions. However, already tried these and did not work.
Before contacting support, I found a couple of similar threads on the forums that suggested these.

I'm not sure if you have copied all files already but these are the files that you need to manually copy from LastVer to Utils:

\RangerMSP\LastVer\ace32.dll
\RangerMSP\LastVer\adsloc32.dll
\RangerMSP\LastVer\adslocal.cfg
\RangerMSP\LastVer\Ansi.chr
\RangerMSP\LastVer\axcws32.dll

Then try to run the backup utility as Administrator and see how it works.

I 'thought' I copied all the files... however, after copying them again and running back as admin, it worked! Thank you.
