How to delete user with web access

When I try to clean up my customer records, I got this error message.

"Account with existing web access users cannot be deleted."

How can I remove the web access on that user and then delete the account from CommitCRM?

Unfortunately there is no way around this.

Customer Web users, like Employee uses, perform different actions in the system and their actions is logged for audit purposes (like who updated the ticket, who created the note, etc.). Therefore, Web users cannot be removed.

You may set the Account status to Not Active and then filter the list to not show inactive Accounts (we may add easier support for this filtering in a future release).
