View Full Version : Outlook Sync to CommitCRM cause duplicate Entries

We currently have CommitCRM and Outlook syncing but on one calendar when it syncs it creates duplicate entries that show up only in CommitCRM Calendar. After checking Outlook there is no issue. There doesn't deem to be a connection to the number of duplicate entries and the day in Outlook, nor does there seem to be a connection to the number of items in the outlook calendar either.

Any help would be appreciated.

In some rare cases duplicate appointments might be created when the Outlook sync process involves mobile devices that overwrites the sync information.
Please use the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP to email us your RangerMSP log files with Outlook, AND - please also specify in your email the employee name that has the duplicates entries.
