I have created a custom report based on the Charges-Account Charges reports. All I have done is add the Charges - Ticket Resolution Description field to the report. The field does display, but it seems to cut off after a certain number of characters and doesn't display the full contents of the Ticket Resolution field. I have the section set to dynamic height and I enabled word wrap on the field. it seems to work fine until you reach a certain point and then it's just cut off. Any ideas?
