Sending a document by email

Is there a way to send a document from CommitCRM via email or do I need to find the file and attach it myself?

Yes, when viewing the document in the Ticket Docs tab, you can click the Email icon on the bottom of the tab. You can also select the document in the list, right-click it and select Send by Email. This will open an Outlook email window and will attach the document to the email.
