View Full Version : Charge access for Customers in Web Inteface

Is there a way to allow customer to see all Charges in the web interface even if they are not attached to a Ticket? I have check the privileges and it is set to allow them to view Charges but they can only see Charges that are attached to a Ticket.

Many of our customers are on monthly service plans and we will often create Charges that are not tied to a Ticket we we perform quick help desk tasks. We would like the customer to be able to see all of these Charges.

Depending on the privileges you assign to your Customer Web users they can see Charges related to Tickets as well as global ones logged under their Contract. So, in case you manage your monthly service plans with RangerMSP's Contracts and bill your customers for these Contracts using Price Charges, then your customers, with the relevant permission to see Contracts data, will be able to see them. However floating Charges that do not relate to any service ticket or any contract are not accessible for customers.
