CommitCRM Database wont load

Our CommitCRM database will not load this morning after a failed backup. We deleted the backup file but are now receiving this error:
“Error accessing database. Check network connection and try again. DatCardsTable: Error 7401: File not found. Verity the specified path and file name is correct.”
It's billing day today....not a good day for this to happen. HELP
