I need to customize the detailed account charges by ticket report to include the estimated duration. It is not in the list. Is there a way to add a subreport to pull this information from the ticket.

Unfortunately the Ticket Estimated Duration field is not available for Charge Reports. It is originally meant to be used as the default duration for when the Ticket is being dispatched for a technician in the Calendar so it wasn't included. We'll take a note of your requirement.
