Is there a way that we can block the ability to add, edit, remove charges on a ticket that has already been completed and/or invoiced?

Thank you for asking. While you can block completing a ticket without it having charges logged under it you unfortunately cannot prevent users from logging additional charges. The reasoning here is that this possibly help you capture more billable time/items as blocking logging charges might end up being with the charge not added by the technician... All charges that were added to such tickets are listed as open/not-billed charges so you will not forget to bill your customers for them. You can easily see all open balances at the account, contract or ticket levels using the QuickBooks Invoice creation wizard. It allows you to see open balances at different levels and this include showing balances for tickets, regardless of their state or whether they've been invoiced before or not. Having said all that I have added a feature request for this so blocking the ability to add charges to completed tickets will be an option. Thanks for asking.
