Assets tags on-site

We only use CommitCRM for our on-site work. We want to stop using excel and start using CommitCRM for assets tags and such.

How do we do this into the field?

Will a label writer hooked to any machine print the asset tags from the web interface?

Using the Web Interface you can view, add and edit Assets.

From the Asset details page you can print the Asset default report to PDF and then print it to any available printer.

The default report can be set under Tools-> Options -> Assets tab in RangerMSP.

Note: after modifying the default report you should restart RangerMSP Web Interface service on your server.

Can we print an asset report other than the default one from the WI?

Currently only default Asset report is available for printing via Web Interface. You can modify the default under the Tools > Options > Assets tab in RangerMSP client so it will affect the Web interface.
