is there a way to lock down assets so that they can't be deleted by standard users?

Assets that have ticket/s associated with them cannot be deleted, however, other Assets are considered as if there were not really 'used' and any one can delete them. We now see why in some cases you will want to restrict it and we've already added a request for this. Thanks for asking.
