I would think a great additional to CommitCRM would be a Configuration page located within the client portal that can be update within CommitCRM.

With configurable user access for client managers and admins

This would allow IT staff tracking of all usernames password network settings as well as keep the client up to date of password and network setting changes.

Configuration example such as:

Domain/Computer User Passwords

Using Asset Configuration Note you can configure this exact configuration sections, manage them using the RangerMSP client and view them using the technicians portals. I'll add a note about remotely being about to edit the info from a Browser. Thanks for asking.

I thought this was a suggestion to make a client portal section where they could manage their on web account.

Then they can do password rests fo their own email, add users, etc.

I would strongly suggest http://www.si-portal.com/ for client documentation.

You can achieve some integration with CommitCRM with the CommitCRM Web Links. It works well and produces some fantastic documentation and reports. Hosted or On Premises models available. They have a "free single user" promotion as well.

You can give clients a read only login as well to view their own documentation.
