View Full Version : My Closed tickets not coming up

We have web users who when selecting the My Closed Tickets, the tickets don't come up. WHen I log into the web, it works for me, I'm assuming because I'm an admin. Why wouldn't they be able to see closed tickets? I also tried it from multiple browsers.

Thank you for posting this. Do you refer to Customer Web users? If so, and you are using version 6.1, under some configurations it might happen. If this is the case please email our Support@ email address and we will send you a small patch that should resolve this.

Yes this is happening with our web users. We are using version 6.1.0.1
