Find duplicate accounts

How can we find duplicate accounts?

We have a few residential clients that have multiple accounts. I want to make sure we dont have any other duplicates.

Da@*&! employees. How hard is it to see if they already have an account first?

Then again, how come CommitCRM cant say, we have found a similar customer, could this be a duplicate?

RangerMSP provides you with a powerful Account Merge feature that merges two selected accounts into one including all related information - tickets, notes, charges, contracts, assets, etc. It does not attempt to find duplicates though. We've considered it several times but it turns out to be more complex than it seems in order to provide a good trusted solution and therefore other items got implemented.

I know how to merge accounts, i am just tired of doing it. There has to be a way to prevent it on your end.

The bigger we get, the more it seems CommitCRM isn't growing with us. With multiple employees being dispatched in different parts of the city, we are getting too many duplicates.
