Removing items

When I try to delete an Item which I do don't use anymore, I get a message saying I can't because it was already used for charges. Can I remove it somehow so I don't see it every time I need to choose an item?

Indeed, in order to keep the database integrity and your activity history intact, Items which were already used in Charges cannot be deleted.

What you can do is set the Item as Suspended (from the Item window, check the Suspend checkbox). This way the Item will remain in the database and in the Items list, but it will not appear in the pull-down lists, such as when you select an Item for a Charge. You can also filter the Items list in the Items window and the Items reports not to display the Suspended Items if you wish to view only the active Items.
