How to Send Messages in CommitCRMt Web App

I see that we can view messages in the Web App, but I can't figure out how to send messages in the Web App. How is this done?

True. You can view all messages when using the Web portal, however, you cannot currently send new messages.

This would be a great feature to add to the web portal, we use messages a lot!
