What is the purpose of a Contact address information ?

Should his private address be filled here?
Or what if he is placed in another location from the main account address. Should it be filled with that location address?
or would it be more "right" to create a new main account with that location address, and have the contact be placed under the new main account.

It depends on how you manage your business and the type of customers you serve. In general if you server the a business account then normally you do not need to track the contacts (commonly the business account' employees) personal addresses. However, if they are located in another branch you service or if you're servicing a large client you may indeed want to specify unique address information for each of your clients contacts so you will easily locate them (like floor 9 room 10, etc.).
