View Full Version : tickets specific to a contact --

thinking we should be able to right click a contact and "show tickets" -- it would be super convenient if we could find tickets this way... when a user calls in, we simply look up thier contact then right click to "show active tickets"... currently we need to filter or hunt (when there are more than a couple dozen open tickets it becomes involved).
