We have clients with many assets (the IKEA store also about 100 assets). Council When we update the equipment assets can also become 200. When you open a ticket you will see a long list (active and not active). It would be possible, at least, show in red the assets is not active ?

Thank you for asking. Note. Besides, you can click the magnifying glass icon just right to the other icons, an Asset selection window will open already filtered for the selected account. In this Window you will be able to filter the list to show only Active or Not Active Assets.
