View Full Version : Turn off Dispatcher on all tickets

The majority of our tickets do not need to be dispatched. When we create a new ticket, or if it is created through the mail connector it is automatically marked for dispatch. Where is the option to have the box unchecked rather than checked. Thank you

tools - options - tickets1 - bottomish\ right side of menu - Show in Dispatcher = uncheck that...
