New Directory again and again.

Hi,

I have created an account inCommitCRM. Dragged a document to this account. And the directory has been created under my CommitCRM docs.
But when a dragged a new document to the same account, it will create a New directory named accountname1 - and the next will be created as accountname2 and so on instead of putting the documents in the same directory.

How can I resolve this ?

From what you described it seems like folder path could not be saved under the Account's details but the physical directory was successfully created on the hard disk.

Did you receive any errors when adding the documents?
A possible scenario for this would be that the Account record is being updated by you or someone else on your team and then you add a new document to it for the first time. Now - the document is added and the folder is created - but - as the account record is being updated it'll not allow it to update the default path...

You can try to edit manually the Account's default folder under the Accounts Details tab the 'Docs. Dir'.
