Transfer CommitCRMtCRM to another server have a crash.

Hi,

Recently, our main server that hosted the CommittCRM 5.4 software and database crashed, completly, litterally. We have a backup be need to place it on a new server. What would be the appropriate instructions to move the files, documents, and license to get it up and running again.
