Quote link to Tickets

Hi,

Is there any way to link a quote to an open ticket? Generally we open a ticket for work, and issue a quote if needed. It would be great to see the ability to link the ticket to the quote so that it can properly be shown in the ticket and account history.

Linking between existing Quotes and Tickets is not currently possible, thank you for asking. However - In RangerMSP 6.0 we've added the ability to create a Ticket from Quote. This option converts a Quote into a Ticket and Quote Lines into Charges under the Ticket.

As a result you can jump to the Ticket right from within the Quote. In addition, the original Quote number is also listed as part of the Ticket details.
