I'm looking to start a poll about our specific contract needs. I would like to see and show CommitCRM how many of us use contracts with our client base and how well its been working.

For the sake of this thread please keep your responses to just answering the following. If you have additional questions or comments please create a new thread.

1) Do you have contracts with your clients?
2) What percentage of your clients do you have a contract with?
3) Do you use the contracts features withinCommitCRM?
4) Are you able to make contracts in CommitCRM that match the contract with your customer? This would be from the ticket creation stage through the billing stage.
5) How satisfied are you with Commits contracts capabilities? Please answer with very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, neutral, satisfied, very satisfied.
6) How important to you is getting the contracts features expanded? Please answer with not important, neutral, important, very important.
7) Would you like to be contacted by CommitCRM to further discuss your contract needs/issues in detail?

Thank you for your time.

5) Dissatisfied... ditto on the "hate that I can't split contracts on one ticket. (ex. blocks of time that run out and a new block is sold)" which is a HUGE time suck and we need to be able to have ALL contracts default charges to "unbillable".
