Ticket list per customer

Hi,
When I access a customer account and go to the History tab, I can see past and present tickets. When I go into the tickets tab, is there any way to show all of the tickets whether open or closed.
This would be useful to see at a glance when a job was last performed for the customer.
It seems that when a ticket is completed/closed, it doesn't show anywhere but in History and that isn't as concise a list.

Select "all" in the drop down at the bottom of the "tickets" tab. I think that's what you are looking for.

That is exactly what I was looking for.
What I find truly amazing is that I didn't spot that..... should've gone to Specsavers!
