"More actions" offers everything but new ticket. When an opportunity has been accepted (won), I have to manually write the new ticket

Hi,

An option to allow automatic Tickets creation out of won opportunities is indeed something we are considering for one of our future releases, and we do see the benefits in allowing this. Thanks for bringing that up, we may indeed add this feature.

Anyway, the fastest way to open the Ticket would be to copy the Opportunity description to the clipboard, right-click above the Account field in the won Opportunity window and select "Show Account". Then click "New Ticket" in the displayed Account window and paste the Opportunity description to the New Ticket's description.

It takes about 3 clicks and we may narrow it to one, but you may find it quick already.
