Is there a way to change the ticket status name? We want to have an additional status so we can put it for tickets which are done but we do not want to close them until are billed. We can use the "hold" or "other" but it does not really represent what we mean. We do not really use the "hold" so I would like to change its name to something more meaningful. Can I do this somehow?

You can modify the status names from Settings > Tickets > Customize Status Values. From this window you can assign a new name for the status. For example, if you are not using the "Hold' status, you can assign it with a new name such as "Pending Billing".
