View Full Version : print a different technician form from the ticket

Hi,

How do I change the technician form that is printed when I print from the ticket? it now prints the technician service form1 and I want it to print my own custom report instead.

You can set your custom report as the default tickets service form to be printed when you click the printer icon in the Ticket window. To do so, go to Tools > Options > Tickets tab > and select the desired Service Form report in the 'Default Detailed Report' section.

Note that you may need to reopen the ticket window in oder for the change to take effect. You can see which is the default report by clicking the arrow next to the print icon (or print-preview icon) and see the list of the available service forms. The default one, which will be printed when you click the icon itself, will appear in bold.
