Hi,

It is possible, to auto print any new tickets to a specific printer ?

By default the system prints to the default printer. You can manually select another printer by clicking the Printer button.

Sorry,
What I meant was, It is possible to AUTO print new tickets to printer.
When a ticket is created. f.x. by the e-mail connector, CommitCRM will automatically print the ticket to the printer.

Hi Dennis,

If I understand you correctly you would like to have new Tickets printed automatically to your printer, like when you have a customer that sends an email that opens a Ticket. Well, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.

What if?

1. I created a CommitCRM user, with an e-mail address.
2. Set up Alert Me for any newly created Tickets in CommitCRM for this user.
3. Auto-print, any e-mails delivered to this e-mail address.

Would that work ?

Hi itognet,

Sounds like this could work. The Alert email will be printed, with all the details that are sent in the alert.
