Browser Lock on Appointments

Had a problem where I go to the web portal, click on appointments and the browser does not display the appointment. It seems to lock if I click on appointments tab. Other tabs work okay, until I click on appointments. What could be wrong?

We are finding the web interface will randomly lock on other tabs as well. It is intermittent, and when it happens, it runs the CPU to 100% and drags the server down until the service is restarted.

It sounds like there may be a local problem with the installation and we want to look further into this.
