Hi, I'm just wondering what the best way to log RMA information in CommitCRM is?
We need to be able to keep track of dates, Customers, and see it all in a master list.
Anyone have any tips?

There are probably many ways to implement and track it. You can even add custom-fields and build your very own tabs to track all of the information you need.

I just create a ticket category titles RMA. Added a few custom fields, and viola!
