Is there a built-in way to add a document to a customer by scanning?

The workflow I'd like is:

Add a new customer > create a new ticket > click docs tab > attach a document by scanning

While a Ticket is displayed simply drag/drop scanned files into the Ticket window in RangerMSP and the scanned files will be filed under the ticket. While this does not mean direct communication with you scanner it is usually a very convenient way to file scanned documents. BTW, this also works everywhere else in RangerMSP - Accounts, Opportunities, Contracts, Assets, etc.
