Document Management

Hi,

I wanted to know if anything was in the works in reguards to the document management within commit, specifically in the accounts area. We have documents that we constantly reference in the account documents tab, and they become harder and harder to access as every document that gets attached to a ticket also appears in this list. It would be great to have the option to only see documents that were directly attached to the account, and not the tickets.

When looking a the Account History tab it filters, by default, to show only items linked directly to the Account and not to sub-elements of the Account link Tickets. So the documents displayed there are only ones directly linked to the Account (you can select the 'Detailed' option to see the documents that are linked both to the account and its Tickets). The History tab show other items, not just Docs though it can be filtered for this. Anyway, I assume that a similar approach would have been nice in the Docs tab, thank you for bringing it up.
