Charging cliens for fixed fees

How do I go about charging clients for services which have a fixed fee? It doesn't matter who is the technician who does it, I want to always charge the same price?

When Charging your customer, you should use an Item in the Charge which represents the service you provided. You can set each Item's "Price Source" to be either "By Employee Rate" or "Fixed Price". When using the Fixed Price, you set the price in the Item itself and when you use the Item in the Charge, the price is automatically taken from the Item.

Note that you can set Contract with default items (in the Contracts' Details tab) so when you use this contract the Item will be automatically select, together with the price, and you will only need to set the amount.
